2. Please do not make multiple reservations. Please complete the reservation as soon as possible before Oct 26 (room arrangement cannot be guaranteed after the deadline, subject to hotel room availability), and if there are any changes or cancellations, please inform the hotel manager one week in advance. Hotel fees will be collected and invoiced directly by the hotel.
